About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Construction Estimator / Project Manager to support our growing team. This role is responsible for estimating project costs, managing timelines, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee construction projects from start to completion
• Prepare accurate cost estimates
• Develop project schedules
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
• Monitor budgets and control costs
• Conduct site visits for quality and safety
• Manage contracts and documentation
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of commercial estimating experience
• Strong knowledge of construction processes
• Ability to read plans and specifications
• Strong communication and leadership skills
